10. Your muse getting a cold.

“Miss! You need to get inside as soon as possible. And drink water and soup and rest.” Yuriko fussed over the girl often when they were together, but if the other was sick, Yuriko did not want to catch the virus. “I can tend to you or get you some if we stop by my house.”

She offered a small nod as she pulled out what money she had from tips earlier in the week as she paid what she could being about 3 dollars short of what was needed. She knew the other said she would cover what else was needed but that didn’t mean she still didn’t feel bad about it.

Handing over the three extra dollars to the shorter brunette, Yuriko noticed she was a bit hesitant to accepting the money. “It’s alright, really. I don’t mind. You don’t have to pay me back either.” As soon as the cashier gave the items back, the tall female carried the goods ready for them to leave.
