“No,and it probably won’t ever change but strangely enough some where a long the line it became like a strange comfort coming from him…ah never mind…and yeah thanks. Me too.”
It had become his own little sense of security in Reiji even if just a little at first that he could put trust there simply because his attention was always pushed for no matter the form and no matter how annoyed he would get Reiji was still there smiling like a dork at his anger. A back wasn’t turned and he wasn’t called an ass hole. But Reiji’s personality of wanting to keep people happy worked on him even if he never showed it much for a long time. After meeting Reiji’s mom and Yuriko,he felt that same sense of security in both of them as well which of course he didn’t mind. It was a good thing for him. Though, It was surprising for him at first that his sister in law didn’t seem to hold the same trying to keep the positive outlook as even their mom generally seemed to have it, but he knew that everyone handled things different. He still enjoyed the girl’s company none the less and found her rather interesting and they seemed to have a mutual unsaid understanding of things.
“Mm, sorry about that. I’ll get them to you. I mean I can go now if you want and come back. Though it’d be better just to wait as I got work tomorrow. Also please take some of your brother’s sudoku books. He’s got too many and they end up just lying around. Some are half done. He probably wouldn’t even notice. Seems like something you’d probably be interested in too funny enough.”
“It’s not like I’d be able to understand. After all, I’ve been single forever, so it’d be wasting your breath really.”
The brunette may not be able to figure out everything going on her brother-in-law’s mind or empathize, but she tried listening in the best way she could even though that often involved her pushing her brothers away. She assumed that he was reminiscing right now over something sentimental and didn’t push further on trying to read the rocker’s mind. If she couldn’t figure out her own thoughts, there was no point in wasting time on thinking over others’.
“Don’t worry, I can wait until tomorrow. Sudoku is easy; it’s just numbers. I almost forgot that Reiji enjoyed those. I’ll take a few off your hands since I’m bored with nothing to do.
